The Apple Valley Christian Care Center is owned and operated by a 501 ( c ) 3 not-for-profit corporation. Our 99-bed skilled nursing center is located on Apple Valley Road in Apple Valley, California and managed by North Shore Management Company. Through the visionary leadership and dedication of a handful of faithful founders, Apple Valley Christian Care Center was built in 1991 and continues to provide caring and compassionate service to the medically fragile and elderly members of our community.
Our mission is to provide quality care to residents in a spirit of love, compassion and kindness, while acknowledging the individuality of our residents and treating them with the utmost respect. |
The vision at Apple Valley Christian Care Center is to become a vital part of the surrounding community as our friends and neighbors embrace the center with the support of their time, treasures and talents, so as to enrich the lives of the residents of the center.
